Good habits such as what should be there when pregnant?

Development of the fetus depends not only on maternal health, but also what to eat or that enter the body. Toxins and preservatives inhibit the ability to develop a healthy fetus during pregnancy, and they contribute to birth defects and other medical problems. Some healthy habits of pregnant women as follows:

Increase intake of iron, folic acid, protein and calories will help your baby grow and develop with a lower risk of birth defects and complications. Fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein from nuts and poultry should be a staple of your pregnancy diet.
• Many of the foods that should be avoided because they have no nutritional value, but some foods actually harmful to the newly formed baby. Avoid raw eggs, raw and cooked meat, fish that contain mercury, and unpasteurized milk.
Vitamin Supplements: When you are pregnant, it is a good idea to use prenatal vitamins as a means of supplementing your diet. There are a lot of pregnancy supplements on the market, mostly high in folic acid, you can take to strengthen the baby's body in the developmental period in the womb.
Do not diet: Diet is not a good idea when you're pregnant. Diet often takes you away from a healthy, balanced meals, and will negatively affect your baby's development. If you're worried about your weight, just know that baby weight off with diet and exercise that right after the pregnancy and keep in mind that the food you should eat when you're pregnant do not have to contribute to excessive weight gain in the first place.

Eating right during your pregnancy will keep you healthy and give your baby develop well for a healthy future. Do not spend your time worrying about your figure and do not spend your time over-indulge on junk food, they will have adverse effects on fetal development. Pregnancy is a good time for you to re-evaluate your own eating habits and provides opportunities to develop healthy eating habits that you can carry into the future
